At Saracen Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused bikes and equipment in their original packaging. Whether you need a different frame size or a different model, our team is committed to getting you back on the trails as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items and all original documentation back into the original shipping crate or box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship to Saracen

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the pre-paid shipping label provided, or contact us to arrange a specialized collection for full-sized bicycles.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
