How will my Saracen bike be delivered?
All bikes are professionally pre-built and inspected by our technicians before being packed into a large heavy-duty box. You will only need to perform minimal assembly, such as straightening the handlebars and fitting the pedals.
What is the warranty period for Saracen frames?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Saracen frames for the original owner, covering manufacturing defects. Components and suspension forks are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically lasting 2 years.
Can I return my bike if it is not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in brand-new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the UK and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I find the correct frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide based on rider height and inside leg measurement. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
